The total enthalpy of the freestream, denoted by h0, is also known as the stagnation enthalpy or total enthalpy. It is defined as the sum of the static enthalpy (associated with the temperature and static pressure at that point) and the enthalpy associated with the dynamic pressure or velocity.
- Total enthalpy (h0) in J/kg
- Freestream enthalpy (h∞) in J/kg
- Freestream velocity (V∞) in m/s
