Glide Angle Calculator

The glide angle is the angle between the horizontal plane and the trajectory of the aircraft during a glide. The glide angle ($\theta$) can be calculated using trigonometric functions. If we denote the horizontal velocity (airspeed) as V_x​ and the vertical velocity as V_y​, then:
