The yawing moment coefficient (Cn) is a dimensionless aerodynamic parameter that describes the rotational force, or moment, experienced by an airfoil or a wing around its vertical axis when subjected to a sideslip angle in an airstream. The yawing moment coefficient provides insight into how an aircraft responds to yawing motion. A positive  indicates a stabilizing effect, meaning the aircraft tends to return to its original heading when disturbed. A negative  implies a destabilizing effect, potentially leading to uncontrolled yawing motion. The formula to calculate Yawing moment Coefficient as follows :
Where:
- is the vertical tail volume ratio,
- is the tail efficiency factor,
- is the vertical tail lift curve slope in 1 per radian.
- is the sideslip angle in radian.
- is the sidewash angle in radian.
